Tracking Deliveries via the Webstore

Our webstore provides a lot of information to allow you to keep track of your own orders, including visibility with our external couriers.

Please note: this functionality is only available to customers who have registered on the webstore. Guest account orders are not able to be tracked via the webstore.

After logging in to your IA online account, a menu becomes available, with an option of "Account Orders" which can be selected to see all your order history (for both online and manual orders).

 After selecting the specific order you are wanting to view, click on the "Shipping" to view the separate shipments of the order.

On the Shipping tab, you will be able to click on the "Tracking Number", which will take you through to the courier website to show you the current status of the delivery.
