Children aged 3-16 years with a diagnosed permanent or long-term incontinence issue not related to nocturnal bedwetting who are declined funding under NDIS can apply to CPSS administrators for consideration for CPSS as out of policy where the parent or legal guardian is in receipt of pension or health care card.
Out of policy requests should be emailed to the CPSS Administrator at DOH.CPSS@health.wa.gov.au using the CPSS Child Application Form after being completed by a Continence Advisor.
This form must be accompanied by the NDIS Access decision letter when submitting to the CPSS Administrator for review
