Quick guide to Re-Order

Overview

The Re-Order/My Orders feature lets you quickly repurchase products from your previous orders, saving you the time of searching for them again.

Step by Step Guide to Re-Order Feature 
 

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Account Overview page
  2. Under "My Orders", locate the order you would like to purchase again and select "Reorder Products" next to the item

      If your cart already contains items when you click Reorder, you'll be prompted to choose Merge or Replace. Select Merge to keep your current cart items and add the reordered products or Replace to remove your current cart items and add only the reordered products

  3. You will be redirected to the checkout page with the selected product added to your order
  4. Review your order details and complete the checkout process

  Availability and pricing are subject to change since your original purchase. If a product is no longer available, you may not be able to reorder it

  If you're unable to reorder a product or experience any issues during checkout, Contact Us page and complete the enquiry form. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service team on 1300 788 855 for further assistance
