Check your order Status

You can easily check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account on our webstore.

  1. Log in to your "Account"
  2.  Click "My Orders" in the top right corner
  3. Once you are on the Orders page, your order details will be displayed
  4. Under the “Status” column, you will be able to view the current status of your order

     

 

Order Statuses - Description 
Pending
Your order currently on hold awaiting review relating to account, payment, or backordered items
Processing
Your order is currently being prepared and packed for dispatch
Shipped
Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to the delivery address provided
Cancelled
Your order has been cancelled and will not be processed further
New Order
Your order has been successfully placed on the Webstore; however, it has not yet been received in our system
Making Changes To Your Order After It Has Been Processed
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to an order once it has been processed. Due to the speed of our system, orders are sent directly to the warehouse for completion and cannot be amended or cancelled.
