How to place an order?

Overview

Ordering with Independence Australia is easy. You can place an order online through a registered account, check out as a guest or submit an offline order form via email, fax, or post.

There is no minimum order value, so you can order as much or as little as you need. Our products are available in the smallest quantities possible to help meet your individual needs.

  A freight charge of $7.95 applies to orders under $50 when placed online

• Our Customer Service team is here to help - Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM – 7:00 PM (AEST) | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Daylight Saving Time)

  Our Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday during the listed trading hours, excluding national public holidays. We are, however, open on Victorian public holidays and happy to assist you

Online Orders

Our online ordering system is simple to use, and you can use your NDIS funding to make purchases.

Registered Account

How to Create an Account and Shop Online

1. Click the "Register" button in the top-right corner of the page
2. Complete the online registration form

  Existing customers can simply sign in using their login details

Checkout As A Guest

1. Add your products to the cart
2. At checkout, select “Checkout as a Guest”
3. Enter your email address so we can send you an order confirmation
4. Place your order. You will receive a confirmation email and will also have the option to create an account

Offline Orders

You can also place an order by completing our order form and submitting it through email, fax, or post:

  Orders under $99 will incur a freight charge of $8.95
